Day-1: Mumbai
Welcome to Mumbai, the commercial capital of India. On arrival at the airport, our representatives will meet you and transfer you to hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-2: Mumbai
After the breakfast, a boat ride will take you across the Mumbai Harbor to Elephanta Island. The cave temples dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva dates back to the 8th century BC. Later in the day, visit the Prince of Wales Museum, the Gateway of India and the Crawford Market. In the evening, have the pleasure of a buggy ride along the Marine Drive overlooking the Arabian Sea. Day-3: Mumbai » Udaipur
Morning at leisure. Catch the late afternoon flight to Udaipur » the City of Lakes. On arrival, and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-4: Udaipur
After an early breakfast, you will go on a daylong excursion to Ranakpur to see the 15th century AD Jain temples. The temple has29 halls supported by two hundred pillars rich in friezes and sculptures in varied styles. The Maharani Bagh Orchid Resort will provide a tempting lunch while you view a scintillating performance by the Bheel Tribals. Sun Temple will also be visited. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day-5: Udaipur » Jaipur
Enjoy an early morning boat ride on Lake Pichola. Then depart for a city tour of Udaipur that includes the City Palace. Board the late afternoon flight to Jaipur. You are met on arrival and transferred to your hotel, which is an erstwhile hunting lodge of the Maharaja. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-6: Jaipur
After an early breakfast, morning excursion to Amber Fort for an elephant rides to the hilltop fortress and the Kali Temple. Explore the city of Jaipur in the afternoon tour, which includes the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal. Relish the typical Rajasthani dinner after the tour. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day-7: Jaipur » Agra
Check out from the hotel and drive from Jaipur to the walled city of Fatehpur Sikri. The city was built to commemorate the birth of Mughal Emperor Akbar's son, Salim who later came to be known as Jahangir. The fortified city was completed in 1574 AD, but was abandoned 14 years later. The red-stone mosques, courtyards, palace and Buland Darwaza are noteworthy. Later proceed to Agra » the city of the Taj. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-8: Agra
After the breakfast, the tour of Agra begins where you will be taken to the Agra Fort complex. The palaces, the official meeting places, market for ladies, royal baths and the mosques are remarkable for their beauty and style. Look at the world's greatest monument of love, the Taj Mahal built by Shah Jahan in the evening. Sit there for some time to appreciate the real beauty of the Taj. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-9: Agra » Khajuraho
Check out and board the early morning flight to Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh. Spend the afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-10: Khajuraho
The entire day is spent visiting the splendid temples of Khajuraho. The sculptures of the temples of Khajuraho are fixed on the wall niches specially made for them. The maidens in provocative postures, dancers, musicians and embracing couples are embellished on the walls of the temples. The temples of Khajuraho are the masterpieces of Indian Art. Day-11: Khajuraho » Varanasi
Catch the morning flight to Varanasi, one of the oldest cities in the world. Better known as Banaras, the city is the center of the Hindu faith. Afternoon is busy with tour the area and its any bazaars. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-12: Varanasi
An early morning boat trip on the holy River Ganga has a mesmerizing effect. A drive I the afternoon to Sarnath, a place where Buddha gave his first sermon more than 2,000 years ago. The archaeological museum displays the Ashoka Pillar (264-226 B.C.), which is also the national emblem of India. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-13: Varanasi » Kathmandu
Morning is free for leisure. Board the afternoon flight for Kathmandu. On arrival at Kathmandu, transfer and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-14: Kathmandu
The day is busy with sightseeing of Kathmandu. Visit the colorful Darbar Square and the Stupas of Boudhnath, one of the largest in the world in the morning. We will take you in the afternoon on an excursion to Patan and Bhadgaon, two ancient cities of the valley. They are noteworthy for intricate woodcarvings and sculpture of the 18th century Nepalese architecture. The Nepalese folk dances are there for your entertainment in the evening followed by dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-15: Kathmandu » Delhi
Spend the morning at leisure. Board the afternoon flight for Delhi. On arrival transfer to the hotel. Welcome with the Indian classical dance followed by dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-16: Delhi
No tour of India is complete without visiting Delhi. A full day tour of Delhi will take you through the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat (Memorial of Mahatma Gandhi), the Ashoka Pillar and the Chandini Chowk Bazaar. After lunch, you will drive through the New Delhi, a city designed and built by the British in the 1920s. Visit the India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan (President's House), Humayun's Tomb and the Qutub Minar. After a farewell dinner, transfer to the airport for your international flight home.
