The Royal Orient Luxury train gets initiated on wednesdays from Delhi, India's capital, on a novel and thrilling train odyssey across a traditional Gujarat and colorful and dainty Rajasthan. The Royal Orient luxury train, travels on a mythical trip to the stunningly beautiful destinations of the region. The tourist is provided with all the modern conveniences of the order of a well stocked library, a multiple cuisined restaurant and a richly supplied bar in the Royal Orient luxury train.
Day 1: Wednesday - Delhi
The initiator day begins at Delhi Cantonment Railway Station at 15:00 hours in the morning. Evening tea and dinner is had as per scheduled and the night can be spent in the luxury train, itself.
Day 2: Thursday - Chittorgarh
The train's residents arrive at Chittorgarh early in the morning. Chittorgarh Fort is explored and then the group of tourists come back to the train for having breakfast. The group leaves for Udaipur, the city of lakes and also called as the white city as lunch is devoured in the afternoon. The post lunch session can be utilized to take a travel tour to the scenic and historical delights of Udaipur. The train leaves for Mehsana and the vigorous culminates with an overnight stay in the train itself.
Day 3 Friday - Mehsana
Mehsana includes the travel destinations of the order of Sun temple at Modhera, the Rani-ki Vav and the Patola weaving center at Patan. Ahmedabad, the next travel destination, bears the travel destinations like Adalaj Vav, the historical and pioneering Sidi Sayyad Mosque Calico Textile Museum, and the serene Gandhi Ashram. Dinner is had as scheduled as the train moves off to Sasangir.
Day 4 Saturday - Sasan Gir
Sasangir is reached and breakfast is had and then the group of tourists leaves for an exciting and thrilling travel tour of the famed and immensely popular Gir Lion sanctuary, where one can have a rezvenduous with the Asiatic Lion. Somnath temple, Delwada, Ahmedpur-Mandvi beach, Diu Fort and St. Paul's Cathedral are the other travel attractions, which are commonly visited. Then, the train reaches Palitana and dinner is had on the train, itself. The day culminates with a stay in the Royal Orient.
Day 5 Sunday - Palitana
On reaching Palitana, travel destinations of the order of the Jain temples at Shatrunjaya Hills are next on the list of travelers. Sarkhej, is the next destination. Lunch can be had on board and then the group visits the Vishalla village. Dinner is eaten at a hotel the night is spent at the train.
Day 6 Monday - Udaipur
On reaching Udaipur, breakfast is eaten on the train. The next place to be visited are the exquisite Jain Temples situated in the history laden Ranakpur. On route to Udaipur, dinner can be had, as the train echoes its way to the city of lakes and to its network of water bodies.
Day 7 Tuesday - Jaipur
On the morning of day seven, the train reaches Jaipur where breakfast can be eaten on board. Jaipur, happens to be replete with travel options of the order of the historically charming Hawa Mahal, the architecturally pompous City Palace and the scientific marvel of Jantar Mantar. A tourist can take an elephant ride up to the Amber Fort and shop for handicrafts in the pink city. Dinner and sleep can be had on the train as it travels onwards to Delhi.
Day 8 Wednesday - Delhi
The train reaches Delhi cantonment railway station in the morning. The Royal Orient Luxury Train is bound to envelop the minds and the souls of the tourists even months after they have alighted from the memorable train.
